We're looking for a Learning & Development Manager for KONE Iberica for a permanent position.

Purpose of the role

Implementing and ensuring the competence upskilling of KONE strategic competencies for our learners. Ensuring the use of learning and development practices, policies, guidelines, processes and systems throughout the KONE Iberica (Spain, Portugal and Andorra). Ensuring that learning outcomes meet current and future business needs, and develop, motivate and engage employees. This is a key role where you will contribute to the success of KONE today and make our organization future-proof.

This role will be based in Madrid. You will report to our Head of Learning & Development, EMEA, based in Helsinki. You will also work very closely together with the local HR team in Madrid.

Main responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders and HR leaders to ensure global processes (competence development, professional and leadership competences, technical competences, training center, training development, training delivery and administration)



are utilized effectively in KONE Iberica, to ensure they meet KONE's objectives with regards to the short and long term competence requirements of the business.- Define local competence development priorities and budget guidance based on the global guidance and local business and HR priorities, building a local Iberica Training Plan in close collaboration with local HR, business stakeholders and area Learning & Development.- Contributing to rolling out KONE’s strategy and Upskilling initiatives on strategic competences in KONE Iberica.- Make sure general and local trainings are delivered based on the agreed local Training Plan, budget and guidelines- Manage the local training center and the training center team- Drive local HR People Plan activities which require Learning & Development contribution, contribute in the Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing activities in KONE Iberica.- Manage internal and external trainers’ netwo
