About the Role We work in partnership with local schools to provide Trainee Teaching Assistants with high-quality training alongside paid, on-the-job experience. Following a successful interview and completion of suitability, safeguarding, and identity checks, we will support you in securing a paid placement within a school. This placement will help you develop your skills, build your confidence, and shape your identity as an educator. Requirements To be considered for the National Teaching Assistant Programme, you should: Have a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning Be committed to improving outcomes for all pupils Be kind, caring, and compassionate Be proactive with strong communication skills Work effectively as part of a team Be willing to complete required training and ongoing CPD Be prepared to obtain an Enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service Minimum requirements: No formal qualifications required Two verifiable professional references Willingness to obtain a DBS on the Update Service Safeguarding Commitment Vision for Education is fully committed to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
