Recruitment Strategy and Delivery

Lead global recruitment across functions and levels of seniority, partnering closely with stakeholders to understand team needs, workforce priorities and emerging talent gaps.
Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines, using a mix of channels including social media, job boards, internal databases, and advanced search techniques such as Boolean logic and open web sourcing.

Candidate Engagement & Pipeline Development

Own and drive strategic talent pipelining initiatives, proactively identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with top talent to anticipate future hiring needs and support long-term workforce planning.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely, meaningful feedback, reinforcing Paymentology’s reputation as an employer of choice.
