In this role you will scale Rondo’s heat battery deployment by shaping sourcing strategy and building supplier relationships for a global rollout. You will work with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business goals and cost targets, negotiating terms and guiding contracting. Your efforts will drive cost reductions and ensure timely delivery of long-lead equipment for industrial heat solutions. This is a chance to impact decarbonization at scale and help repower industrial facilities with low-cost, zero-carbon energy.

• Capture and articulate internal requirements to align with business needs
• Manage vendor relationships to align with objectives and cost targets
• Negotiate contracts and terms for optimal capacity
• Guide stakeholders through sourcing and supplier selection
• Oversee contracting activities reflecting business and legal terms




• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal and Finance
• Create cost reduction roadmaps for critical components and next-generation products

Responsabilidades
• Experience with industrial equipment procurement including FAT/SAT and commissioning milestones
• Familiarity with EPC/EPCM project structures and Capex procurement interfaces
• Experience with industrial equipment commercial frameworks including milestone-based payments and EPA
• Ability to read Pu0026IDs, PFDs, equipment datasheets, and vendor submittals
• Experience managing long lead equipment procurement like xqbhyrx boilers and heat transfer equipment
• Minimum 5 years in Strategic Sourcing
• High-volume, fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in G-suite, MS Word, Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
