We are looking for an experienced CMDB Application Developer & Reporting Specialist to join a integral Digital Workplace organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining a centralized CMDB solution, ensuring data quality, automation, reporting excellence and governance across the IT environment.

English B2 level or higher is required

Create user-friendly interfaces for Configuration Item (CI) management.

Integrate multiple data sources through APIs and connectors.
Automate data collection, synchronization and validation processes.
Define and maintain CMDB data models and CI relationships.
Monitor CMDB health, data quality and governance indicators.
Minimum 3 years of experience in application development.
Strong knowledge of database design and SQL.
Experience in data modelling and analytics.
Knowledge of KPI design and performance monitoring.

ETL and data integration tools.
ServiceNow CMDB or Remedy CMDB.

ITIL Foundation or equivalent knowledge.
Configuration Management processes.
Data Governance practices.
