About the role As an Associate Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of software solutions under the guidance of senior engineers. You will collaborate with colleagues to understand project requirements, deliver structured code, and participate in code reviews to improve code quality and absorb feedback. You will support testing and debugging processes to ensure software reliability while learning to work with cloud-based tools, APIs, and frameworks.
This role is based in Madrid in a hybrid remote setup.
Developing software components under the supervision of senior engineers, adhering to functional requirements.
Participate in software testing processes, identify bugs, and assist in resolving issues.




Contribute to the development of cloud-based API components and microservices with guidance from senior engineers.
Seek technical guidance and feedback from senior team members to improve coding and problem-solving skills.
Solve well-defined technical problems with support from experienced engineers.
Collaborate with team members and other departments, such as product teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
Share knowledge with peers through documentation or informal discussions.
Communicate openly with local and remote team members under guidance.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, algorithms, and data structures.
Willingness to learn software architecture basics and product development workflows.
Familiarity with deployment processes and ability to assist in deployments.
Knowledge of C# programming language and familiarity with additional languages is a plus.
