Are you a final-year student or a recent graduate eager to make an impact in the tech world? Huawei is looking for bright, driven individuals to join our Young Talent Program as Junior Account Manager or Solution sales Engineer

You will work closely with partners, customers, and internal teams to support daily business operations, identify opportunities, and ensure smooth delivery of commercial processes.

Partner Engagement — Act as the interface for small customers and projects. Support partners in increasing run‐rate business through presentations, quotations, and daily Q&A.;
Public Tender Review — Monitor and export daily public tenders; PoC & Demo Support — Deliver basic demos and fixed PoC cases for customers and partners. Internal Process Coordination — Collaborate with HQ and internal teams to support processes such as loan requests, contract modifications, and PO workflows.
Cross‐functional Collaboration — Work closely with Solution, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth business execution.




Documentation & Reporting — Prepare and maintain commercial documentation, reports, and follow‐up records.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or related fields (graduated in 2025 or 2026).
Up to 1 year of experience (internships or junior roles welcome).
Strong interest in commercial roles, partner management, and business development .
Fluent in Spanish and English ; Chinese is a plus.

A structured Fresh Graduate development path with mentorship and commercial training.
Exposure to partners, customers, and public tender processes .
