This position is based fully on-site at our Barcelona office.

- Play a key role in the operation, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital products supporting marketing, sales, and aftersales activities.
- Gain hands-on experience in international product operations, incident management, localization, and system deployment.

Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of overseas digital products supporting marketing, sales,



and aftersales service functions.
- Manage the full incident lifecycle, including identification, root cause analysis, resolution follow-up, and post-resolution improvement actions.
- Support the deployment of new systems, product features, and digital tools across international markets.
- Prepare and deliver enablement activities, including user training, operational guidance, documentation, and post-deployment support.
- Monitor product performance, system usage, incident resolution metrics, user satisfaction, and adoption indicators.
- Establish feedback loops with internal users and stakeholders to gather insights and promote data-driven improvements.
- Coordinate with geographically distributed teams, ensuring clear communication, priority alignment, and efficient workflows across time zones and cultural contexts.
- Support any additional tasks, projects, or initiatives assigned by the department.
