The position provides leadership to a global team of infrastructure and network professionals, drives technology modernisation initiatives, manages strategic vendor partnerships,



and aligns infrastructure capabilities with business objectives.ResponsibilitiesKey AccountabilitiesDefine and execute the global infrastructure and network strategy aligned with business and technology objectives.Lead global infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, performance, and service excellence across all regions.Own the design, governance, and lifecycle management of network services, data centres, cloud connectivity, server infrastructure, and related platforms.Drive infrastructure modernisation initiatives, including automation, standardisation, cloud integration, and technology refresh programmes.Establish and monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, KRIs, capacity planning, and resilience objectives to ensure continuous service improvement.Ensure infrastructure services comply with security, regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements in partnership with Cybersecurity and Risk Management teams.Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, and resilience programmes for infrastructure and net
