Responsibilities / Tasks

As our Service Product Manager in Nutrition Plant Engineering (NPE Division),
you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving the success of digital
service products with general impact. You will own the product vision, define
scalable strategies, and build high-performing digital service products. You
will work closely with development teams and senior leadership as part of a key
digitalization strategy of GEA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead the development of new digital service products; managing technical and
commercial aspects of product development
* Own digital service products, defining product roadmap, business scaling
model, standardization and roll-out strategies to drive recurring revenue.
* Monitor and report KPIs, ensuring alignment with internal stage-gate
processes.
* Identify innovation opportunities,



drive product continuous development, and
bring new products to market successfully.
* Craft and implement go-to-market strategies, that bring our products to the
market in a repeatable, scalable, and profitable way.
* Conduct market analysis and competitive research to uncover growth
opportunities.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, marketing, and R&D.;
* Support portfolio management and recurring revenue transformation
initiatives.
* Support building a digital platform that scales NPE digital service offering.
* Drive the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities in digital service products.

Your Profile / Qualifications

* Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, digital
products, service business transformation, or similar roles
* Solid analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making
* Strong commercial mi
