Colegio Internacional Torrequebrada (CIT), part of the Affinitas Education group and an IB continuum school (PYP, MYP and Diploma Programme), is seeking to appoint a Teacher Assistant to support our youngest learners in a warm, nurturing and internationally-minded environment.
Support the class teacher in the daily organisation and delivery of the curriculum (British and PYP framework).
Assist with the supervision, care and wellbeing of young children throughout the school day, including at mealtimes, rest times and outdoor play.
Support children's language development, particularly in English, through play-based and structured activities.
Support children with additional needs under the guidance of the class teacher and the school’s learning support team.
Communicate effectively and warmly with parents and carers, under the direction of the class teacher.
Support the implementation of school routines, policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.




Previous experience working with young children, ideally in an international or bilingual setting.
Native English (spoken and written).
Patience, warmth, and a genuine passion for early years education.
