Job Summary:

In this pivotal role, you will analyze and track quality metrics, oversee product life cycle management, and ensure the highest standards of quality across our supply chain and manufacturing operations. You will play a key role in influencing corporate quality strategies, collaborating with global teams,



and championing excellence in product reliability and performance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the quality performance of general supply chain and contract manufacturers, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.
Support proactive engagement with contract manufacturers in Asia and harmonize regional quality metrics (Asia and Mexico)
Accelerate PCBA DFX (Design for Excellence) engagement with RD & PM, collaboration with system level DFA team
Conduct regular QPA audits and assessments of CM processes, identifying quality gaps and implementing corrective actions.
Drive Sustainability in Quality Processes for PCBA Manufacturing.
Develop and enhance AI/ML-based in-line defect classification systems for PCBA.
Enhance Cybersecurity Compliance in AI Server Quality Assurance.
Lead Cross-Functional Training Programs for Quality Excellence.
Implement Predictive Quality Analytics for AI Server Production.
