In this role you will lead delivery across European projects for a integral consulting firm focused on Infrastructure and Capital Projects. You will drive client engagements, influence senior stakeholders, and build strategic partnerships to grow the Infra business. You’ll apply an entrepreneurial mindset to co-create innovative solutions and expand Au0026amp;M’s footprint in Europe. The position combines leadership, technical insight, and cross-functional collaboration within a high-impact team.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering and/or Construction; MBA (optional) or Master in Engineering
• 10-15 years of experience, ideally in energy/industrial with top-tier consulting firms
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional European languages xqbhyrx desirable
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to facilitate analysis to guide project delivery and articulate decisions to senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
• Strong project management and negotiation skills
• Team-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced culture
