The EIB, the European Union's bank is seeking to recruit for its Group Information Systems Directorate (GIS), Business Technology Solutions Department (BTS), Application Engineering & Integration Division (AEI) at its headquarters in Luxembourg, a Head of Business Applications & Engineering Division. This is a full-time position at grade 7 for which the EIB offers a permanent contract.

As Head of Business Applications & Engineering Division, you will drive the evolution of the Bank's business applications, integration platforms and software engineering capabilities. You will help to deliver innovative, secure and resilient digital solutions at scale.
You will guide multidisciplinary technology teams, influence the Bank's digital agenda and shape the engineering standards,



platforms and practices that support innovation across the organisation. By combining technology leadership with strong business partnership, you will help transform ideas into solutions that create lasting value for the Bank and the communities it serves.
Operating Network
You will report to the Head of the Business Technology Solutions Department and work closely with the other Heads of Divisions of the Directorate, as well as with business users who participate in projects and initiatives led by the Division.
