This role combines consultative sales, customer success, and training responsibilities. Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, this person will work closely with the Regional Manager EMEA and other regional stakeholders to execute the strategy for Italy, support schools throughout the customer lifecycle, and strengthen Edpuzzles local presence. The role requires someone comfortable navigating the specifics of the Italian education market, including public school procurement and government-linked partnerships.
Own a portfolio of Italian schools and manage the full customer lifecycle, with a strong focus on engagement, retention, and renewals.
