As an Ortho Regional Sales Manager RSM (Sports Medicine) for CONMED, you will be responsible for delivering regional sales performance, leading and developing a high-performing field team, and ensuring excellence in customer engagement and account execution.
The role translates national strategy into local action, builds strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drives the achievement of sales targets and sustainable business growth across Madrid, Castilla y León and Castilla-La Mancha.
Lead and support the Orthopedics sales team across the region by setting clear goals,



actively monitoring performance, and addressing development needs to ensure consistent success and achievement of sales targets.
coordinate local commercial initiatives and product launch activities.
Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to support business planning.
Monitor territory performance through CRM, dashboards, and business analytics.
Coordinate and execute pre-tender work for your region.
Manage and track expenditures, financial goals and budgets assigned by the Ortho Business Director
Work closely with the IBERIA HR team to drive effective people management strategies, ensuring effective practices in Recruitment and Onboarding, Development, Reward, Employee Relations and Performance Management.
