ðAt Factorial we're looking for a new Partner Development Manager for the Portuguese Market to help us support and scale our Partnerships team to the next level. Owning strategy & execution for business plans with partners.
Hold regular meetings (cold calls, video meetings, demos) with all your partners and their clients keeping them updated on the product and finding solutions to specific problems that they may have.
Collaborate daily with internal teams, from SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership.
Have 2–4 years of experience in Sales/B2B within a SaaS-based company, digital transformation environment, or strategy/management consulting.
A proficient level of Portuguese is required & professional English.
Bonus Points: You have been part of the construction of a Business Unit/team from scratch.
You have knowledge/experience in Human Resources/Software/Payroll.
