About the Role

Our client is looking for a caring and reliable Community Support Worker to assist individuals with various needs in Queenstown. This role is dedicated to enhancing the independence and quality of life for clients by providing practical assistance and fostering social inclusion. Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct support to clients with daily living activities, as per individual care plans.
- Assist clients in accessing community resources, appointments, and social activities.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their well-being.
- Monitor client well-being and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.




- Maintain clear and accurate records of services provided and client progress.
- Encourage client independence and participation in community life in Queenstown .

Requirements
- Previous experience in a caregiving or community support role is advantageous.
- A certificate in Community Care, Social Auxiliary Work, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of the local community services in Queenstown .
