This is a varied role supporting customers, processing orders and working closely with sales, warehouse and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
* Process orders, returns and exchanges accurately.
* Resolve customer queries and issues professionally.
* Maintain accurate customer and order records.
* Produce weekly reports for key customer accounts.
* Manage promotions to support product sales.
* Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
* Work closely with sales and other departments to support customers.
About You:




* Ideally 3 years customer service experience.
* Fluent in both Spanish and English.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Problem-solving ability with a positive, customer-focused approach.
* Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Accurate, well organised and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
* Monday-Thursday: 08:30-17:30.
* Friday: 09:00-17:00.
* One day per week working remotely following successful completion of probation.
