We are looking for a proactive, results‑oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high‑performing team in Madrid.
You will play a direct role in driving company growth by building a robust sales pipeline and setting qualified meetings in the DACH region. Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the Account Executive team.




Experience utilizing sales engagement platforms and CRM systems (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) to manage daily workflow.
Previous experience in SaaS, particularly within e‑commerce, search technology, or digital marketing tools.
Familiarity with fast‑paced startup settings or high‑volume sales environments.
German: Fluent proficiency (required for communicating with target prospects in the DACH region).
English or Spanish: Fully in‑office position at our Madrid headquarters.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00; Onboarding: Full one‑month training covering our product portfolio, outreach framework, and sales process.
Variable Performance Pay (Uncapped): Target bonus of €600 per month, with scaled multipliers for meeting volume:
