We are looking for professionals with experience in first-line IT technical support who want to develop in an international environment, collaborating with multicultural teams and working with technological solutions used by professionals in the automotive sector . Your main objective will be to manage incidents, analyze reported cases, provide first-line technical support, and perform the corresponding follow-up until resolution or escalation.
Provide first-line technical support to professional users.
Analyze incidents related to hardware, software, and applications.
Use remote access tools to diagnose and resolve incidents.
Apply troubleshooting and root cause analysis procedures.
We are looking for someone with experience in IT technical support, accustomed to managing tickets and performing troubleshooting, who also has an interest or affinity for the automotive industry and wants to grow in an international environment.
