The products we are building are of high value to the company, with the ambition to influence pricing decisions and marketing investments for HP products globally and across all distribution channels, utilizing advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI.
To achieve this, we are looking for a Graduate Data Engineer to help implement best engineering practices and transform data from a raw resource into structured, scalable, high-quality, and compliant fuel powering our AI-driven products and solutions.
This role is designed for recent graduates looking to launch their careers in data engineering while developing hands-on experience in a highly innovative and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Contribute as part of a cross-functional team to the design and development of secure, scalable, and high-performing data systems and solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, testing, and integration of structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Support operational excellence initiatives focused on reliability, quality, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Help ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, security, and quality standards.
- Participate in the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, tools, and engineering best practices.
