As part of our ongoing digital transformation journey, we are developing ACE, a cutting‑edge Generative AI‑powered platform designed to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our Bid & Proposal Management process within the Transformers Business Unit. This individual will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing domain‑specific prompts that enable ACE to generate accurate, context‑aware, and business‑aligned outputs. The role requires a deep understanding of the transformer industry, industrial equipment standards, as well as basic understanding of prompt engineering best practices and GenAI model behavior, ensuring that ACE delivers high‑quality responses tailored to complex business scenarios. Conduct A/B testing and maintain performance dashboards for prompt effectiveness.
Bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering




Hands‑on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering techniques.
Willingness to learn Python and experience with AI APIs services.
Ability to work in Agile environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
Speed and scalability of prompt deployment across ACE modules within the Transformer Business Unit.
