Working closely with Security, Infrastructure, Application Owners, and business stakeholders, you will help design, implement, and continuously improve privileged access controls that protect critical systems and sensitive data.
Hybrid role based in Madrid Your Responsibilities As a Senior PAM Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, operation, and continuous evolution of key Privileged Access Management platforms and security services. Key Duties * Design,



implement, administer, and enhance PAM solutions across the organization * Take ownership of critical security platforms, including:
- CyberArk Privileged Account Security (PASS)
- CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)
- RSA SecurID / MFA
- SSH Jump Servers
- Manage the complete platform lifecycle:
- Maintenance
- Patching
- Upgrades
- Vulnerability remediation
- Performance optimization
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and operational support in Windows and Linux environments
- Support Zero Trust and Cloud Transformation initiatives, including Azure-based security projects
- Work with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify risks, and improve security processes
- Analyze existing security controls and recommend enhancements to strengthen privileged access governance
- Develop documentation, testing procedures, and knowledge-sharing practices
