Natulim is a fast-growing European brand of eco-friendly cleaning products. Our ambition is to become the leading eco-cleaning brand in Europe, building a strong, innovative and consumer-centric DTC brand.

Our flagship product, biodegradable laundry detergent sheets, offers a simpler and more sustainable alternative to traditional laundry detergents.

We currently operate across several European markets, and our growth is driven by a DTC, data-driven and highly performance-oriented approach, combining Shopify, acquisition, content, CRM and a culture of continuous experimentation.

We are a young, international and remote-first team, where everyone has a high level of autonomy and ownership. We are now looking to accelerate our growth in Romania, a strategic market for Natulim.

The Role

We are looking for a highly creative, performance-driven and business-oriented person to lead Natulim's growth in the Romanian market.





The main growth engine for the market will be creating, testing and optimizing our advertising creatives. We are therefore looking for someone who can turn consumer insights into creative angles, advertising concepts and content that drives sales.

You will combine creativity and data analysis: understanding what works, identifying why it works, developing new hypotheses and continuously evolving our creative system.

We are not simply looking for someone who can manage an ecommerce business. We are looking for someone who can deeply understand the Romanian consumer, identify new communication angles and turn creativity into business growth.

Your Responsibilities

→ Creative Strategy & Performance Ads
- Regularly analyze campaign and creative performance to identify the angles, hooks, formats and messages that drive results.
- Identify new creative opportunities based on data, consumer insigh
