Assist with order entry, ensuring accuracy and handling special instructions like special handling and delivery note creation.
Assist with coordination of inbound transportation by tracking shipments and supporting documentation.
Support the outbound process, including coordinating the order cycle and deliveries from the warehouse to customers.
Help execute order cycles, campaigns, and seasonal logistics aligned with the commercial calendar.
Support with Customer Service & Order Management activities to fulfil wholesale customer requests promptly and accurately.
Active participation in the documentation process (pictures + descriptions) of pure players customers.
Assist in return order processing, including tracking, handling claims, and managing invoices.
Support with B2B platform, assisting users and addressing inquiries.




Maintain and update customer data across ERP, CRM, and B2B platforms, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Language skills (English C1)
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

The level of Excel of the candidate will be tested during the interview process.
