About The Role Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping and to the Assistant Director of Housekeeping, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager assists in providing the operational and management support to the Housekeeping Department. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager is in-charge for the day to day operation in the Housekeeping department in making sure all runs smoothly for guests and employees. This is an Assistant Department Head level position.
Manages a team of Supervisors,



Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel. Conducts Performance Evaluations and disciplines staff when needed.
Ensures the smooth daily operation of the Housekeeping and Valet departments.
Achieves high standards of cleanliness, by working closely with outsourced employees and our internal supervisors.
Liaises with engineering, outsourced laundry and front office departments to deliver optimum performance and collaboration.
Oversees stock control and keep the par levels and inventory including sourcing new products, suppliers and keeping up to date with trends.
