The Senior Solutions Engineer is responsible for leading technical discussions and solution development for key accounts, providing advanced technical guidance. Keyfactor is expanding and looking to add Senior Solution Engineer for the Iberia and broader EMEA Territory. The right candidate will be highly proficient in establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers up to and including the “C” level and have a proven ability to close business in the mid-market to enterprise commercial corporate accounts.
You will be working closely with several internal stakeholders,



including inside sales, professional services, sales, marketing, finance, and management, and the ability to create good personal relationships within the company will be essential to your success.
Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to help them develop their technical skills and advance in their careers.
Participate in product testing and feedback to provide meaningful, actionable feedback to improve product quality and user experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic sales initiatives and mentor junior team members.
Mentorship skills to support the growth and development of junior team members.
Fluent in Spanish and English language - written and verbal.
