Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist
Salary: €28,000 – €33,000 gross per year, depending on experience Full-time | Permanent Position
is an international textile representation company, working closely with leading manufacturers and major European fashion groups.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our commercial administration team and support our international operations.
Monitoring of payments and collections.
Administrative support to the sales team.
Data entry and maintenance within the companys management systems.
Preparation and follow-up of commercial documentation.
Production follow-up and resolution of operational issues.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level,



professional use required).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Previous experience in commercial administration or customer service.
Italian language skills.
Experience coordinating orders, logistics and production follow-up.
Experience working with ERP systems.
