You’ll own features end-to-end — backend, frontend, and the AI-assisted workflows that let one engineer move fluidly across the stack — inside one of our core domains.

Domain Context
- Benefits — Own the domain that defines what benefits an employee can access, under what conditions, with what limits, and in what markets. Benefits isn't a simple CRUD layer — it's a rich domain with multi-tenant configurations, eligibility rules that vary by company and country, tax compliance requirements, and real-time state that must always be consistent. Covers areas like health insurance, pensions, custom benefits, food and transport, childcare, training, and renting.
- Payments — Build the engine that moves money globally. A high-performance team dedicated to resilient,



mission-critical systems where transactional precision, idempotency, and fault tolerance are at the heart of everything. Involves evolving distributed, event-driven architectures at high transaction volume.
- Leaders — The Leaders domain covers the employee-facing mobile and web experience within the Cobee platform, managing personal data, benefit visibility, and privacy compliance (GDPR/LPD). The domain shares boundaries with Payments (owning employee-specific card logic and mobile flows) and Benefits (storing accumulation activation decisions while Benefits executes the end-of-cycle operations).
- Managers App Owns the HR admin experience, the tools client-company administrators use to manage their organization on the platform, and the client companies entity itself, the core record that everything else in the system hangs off of.
