Role Summary & Responsibilities
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Madrid to generate qualified pipeline within the DACH region through strategic outbound prospecting and high-volume cold outreach.
- Outbound Lead Generation: Execute 60–70 daily outbound calls to key decision-makers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Target Research: Identify and contact prospective SMB and mid-market accounts.
- Value Communication:



Uncover customer pain points and showcase how our platform drives e-commerce growth.
- Pipeline Creation: Qualify sales leads and schedule product discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Multi-Channel Engagement: Deploy phone, email sequences, and LinkedIn messaging to engage targets.

Requirements
- Core Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B cold calling, outbound prospecting, and handling sales objections over the phone. Ability to manage workflows using CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Preferred Qualifications: Background in SaaS, digital marketing platforms, or e-commerce search tools within fast-paced startup settings.
- Languages: Native or fluent German (required for target region outreach); fluent English or Spanish (required for internal operations).
- Workplace & Schedule: 100% on-site at Madrid HQ. Working hours: Mon–Thu 09:00–18:00, Fri 09:00–15:00. Includes a comprehensive 1-month onboarding program.
