What you'll do
Your mission is simple:



turn interest from construction companies across Spain into pipeline.
Prospecting: build and work your lists: construction firms in target segments, reached by phone, WhatsApp, email.
Qualification: figure out whether the prospect's real problem is one Pillar solves. Filter out what isn't a fit; nurture what isn't ready yet.
Booking demos: when a lead is qualified, book it with the AE who owns that market, with enough context for them to run a sharp first call.
Pipeline hygiene: own your pipeline in HubSpot and keep it accurate. If it isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen.
Feeding the playbook: you'll speak to more construction companies in Spain than anyone else at Pillar. What you hear shapes our messaging, our ICP, and our product priorities. We expect you to tell us.
