We are currently seeking a talented professional to fill the Dutch Speaking - Inbound Client Advisor (Electricity Producer & Supplier) position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for residential and commercial customers within the energy sector, managing inquiries regarding electricity supply and services.
Provide expert guidance on energy consumption, billing cycles, and sustainable energy solutions to ensure total client satisfaction.




Handle inbound support requests with professionalism, ensuring all technical and account-related issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed customer records and ensure accurate documentation of all energy contract updates and modifications.
Educate clients on new service offerings, grid updates, and efficiency programs provided by our prestigious energy industry partners.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline customer experience and optimize energy service delivery protocols.
Adhere to the highest standards of industry compliance and data privacy, reflecting the prestige of Mercier Consultancy Group.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Proficiency in English to effectively communicate within our international team.
