About the role
As Director of Solution Management, you will define and own the strategy for integrated, end-to-end solutions across Straumann Group’s portfolio. This role connects individual product strategies into cohesive, scalable and customer-focused solutions that deliver measurable value for customers and the business.
Working as a peer to Product Management Directors, you will orchestrate complex,



multidisciplinary solutions across domains such as data acquisition, surgical, restorative, manufacturing and digital platforms. You will bring a holistic view across product domains and business units, helping teams align priorities, manage dependencies and evolve products as part of one coherent solution ecosystem.
This is a strategic role for someone who can combine portfolio thinking, customer insight, solution design and cross-functional collaboration to shape how integrated solutions are delivered and adopted across the organization.
