As a Tour Conductor for Gustoventura , you will help our travelers fulfill their dream of discovering the Mediterranean, creating meaningful and memorable journeys by bridging cultural gaps and fostering an appreciation for local, seasonal culinary traditions.

Be the leader of your group, providing clear and engaging information about each destination, sharing your passion for Mediterranean cultures, and creating joyful, memorable experiences for travelers.
Training & Briefings
Participate in training sessions and pre-tour briefings to be fully prepared for each tour.
Safety & Quality
Prioritize traveler safety and ensure that our local partners meet our quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
Passion & Cultural Knowledge
A strong interest in Mediterranean cultures, people, history, and daily life,



with a solid understanding of local traditions and contemporary realities.
German: Advanced level (C1 or higher) - mandatory , as all tours are conducted in German
English: good working knowledge
Additional local languages (Italian, Spanish, Greek, Portuguese) are a plus
