Sortlist is the platform that helps agencies, consultancies, and B2B service providers connect with high-intent clients. About the Role We are looking for an SDR Intern to help scale Sortlist in the Spanish market . This is a 6-month paid internship based in our Madrid office , where you’ll generate the pipeline that powers our growth in Spain.
We have an established client base, a brand that agencies already recognise, and a rich ecosystem of service providers who are a natural fit for our platform. We are now looking to build on that success to unlock the next stage of growth .
There are many more Spanish agencies who would get real value out of Sortlist than we currently speak to, and this role is how we reach them. You’ll be the one opening those conversations: spotting the agencies with genuine potential, getting them curious, and qualifying them so that every meeting you pass on to our Spanish AE is a meeting worth having. Build your own target lists of Spanish agencies — digital, marketing, creative and IT service providers — using our AI-powered research and enrichment stack.




Open conversations and qualify agencies: understand their business model, growth ambitions and pain points before anything moves forward.
Book qualified meetings for our Spanish Account Executive , and brief them properly so every call starts with real context.
Keep HubSpot clean : log every touchpoint, maintain accurate prospect data, and keep your pipeline reliable enough to forecast on.
Feed market intelligence back to the team : recurring objections, competitor moves and what actually resonates with Spanish agencies.
Report directly to your Sales Manager and work hand-in-hand with the Spanish AE you generate pipeline for.
Native-level Spanish and professional-level English (our team language across Europe).
