• Define and shape business process architecture within assigned areas

• Act as a liaison on HRIS configurations, combining systems proficiency with understanding of functional colleague resources processes
• Design, build, and maintain simple to complex Workday reports, including matrix, trended, and composite reports
• Develop custom reports using standard Workday reporting functionality
• Deliver metrics, trends, and analytical insights through Workday reporting
• Prepare reports, graphs, charts, analyses, and statistics supporting colleague resources operations
• Translate business requirements through analysis and design into functional solutions
• Research and analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, opportunities, and partnership areas
• Coordinate training and answer stakeholder queries
• Perform system administration through group data updates, exports, imports, cleanups, and research
• Report on data discrepancies
• Engage with the Workday online community and submit brainstorms
• Keep colleague resources leadership updated on relevant information
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Travel as required

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred
- Five (5) years of related experience required, including three (3) years of experience with database migration and/or integration and large-scale, complex datasets with an emphasis on data reporting and analytics, preferably in business operations or human resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in Workday administration and creating custom reports and troubleshooting in Workday preferred




- Knowledge of data mining and creating/optimizing operational analytics and data models; SQL preferred
- Knowledge of principles, practices, and standards of human resource administration
- Strong understanding of systems administration, Workday, and related HRIS
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow and case management
- Strong Visio, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formula and macro skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Analytical, business, process, and interpretive skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
