As Product Design Manager, you lead a small team of Product Designers within Glovo’s UX group to craft cohesive, user-centered experiences for the Customer App. You’ll align with UX Research, Content Design, Data, Product and Engineering to elevate design quality and strategy. This hands-on leadership role combines mentorship with end-to-end project execution, driving design systems adoption and cross-project cohesion. You’ll shape strategy, mentor ICs, and advocate for end users to impact product outcomes. This is a opportunity to influence design at scale in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of end-to-end product design experience
• experience mentoring other designers and navigating ambiguity
• understand business goals and product metrics, balancing short-term and long-term needs
• experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods; data-informed decisions
• excellent English communication and stakeholder management
• strong craft, critical thinking, and hands-on design process contribution
• enthusiastic, xqbhyrx continuous learner, collaborative in dynamic environments
• experience building and scaling design systems across teams
• portfolio or case studies showing impact in consumer-facing apps and complex ecosystems
• experience in fast-paced product organizations
