Act as the key liaison between European markets and headquarters, coordinating cross-functional resources to solve operational issues and complex incidents.
Ensure incidents are properly logged, tracked, classified, and resolved according to defined service levels and internal procedures.
Manage the full incident lifecycle, including identification, root cause analysis, resolution follow-up, and post-resolution improvement actions.
Identify recurring incidents, system gaps, and operational pain points, and prepare structured improvement recommendations.
Work closely with HQ Product and R&D; teams to support product enhancements, defect resolution, release iterations, and continuous product optimization.
Support the deployment of new systems, product features, and digital tools across international markets.
