Lead the DermaHealth Business Unit in Spain while serving as the General Hub Lead for assigned dermatology topics. The role is accountable for delivering sustainable business growth in Spain and defining the global strategic direction, ensuring alignment across affiliates and cross-functional teams to maximize patient impact and business performance.

Champion a high-performing Spain DermaHealth Sales and Marketing organization by inspiring District Sales Leaders and Product Managers to unlock their full potential, deliver exceptional results, and make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.
Own the development and execution of the portfolio strategy, business plans, budgets and performance objectives.
Drive profitable growth through resource optimization, market expansion and customer-centric execution.
Lead product launches, lifecycle management and commercial excellence initiatives.
Leverage market insights, forecasting and competitive intelligence to support business decisions.
Develop trusted partnerships with key healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
Ensure the highest standards of compliance, ethics and governance.
Support Business Development and licensing assessments when required.
