The Business Development team
Our purpose is to open the door to Shakers: prospecting the right decision-makers, understanding their pains, and booking qualified meetings that fuel our pipeline for our Account Executives to close.
As a Junior Business Developer you're the first point of contact : you prospect, qualify, spark interest and book the meetings that get deals started. It's the best place to launch your sales career and grow fast.

Build pipeline from scratch — you prospect decision-makers on LinkedIn, email and phone, and turn cold companies into real opportunities.




Qualify and spark interest — you understand each company's pains and present the value proposition so well that they want to know more.
Book meetings that convert — you schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
Run on data — you report your activity weekly and draw insights to sharpen your outreach.
Speak Spanish and English fluently: you can pitch, negotiate and build rapport in both.
Every Shaker has access to Claude , plus the context and training to get real value from it, and we track how we use it with specific KPIs .
