ABOUT THIS ROLE

As an API Delivery Analyst , in IT your role will be to act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring that incoming project requests are properly analyzed, defined, and translated into clear, actionable requirements for development teams. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, assess impacts,



and drive the creation of high-quality user stories under the guidance of the Technical Lead.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Act as the main point of contact for incoming project requests and new development needs from other departments.
- Analyze business requirements and assess the impact of proposed changes across systems, APIs, and dependent services.
- Translate business needs into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with the Technical Lead to validate solutions, understand technical constraints, and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, QA) to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Prioritize and refine backlog items to ensure clarity, feasibility, and readiness for development.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential gaps in requirements early in the process.
- Support functional analysis and provide clarifications during development and testing
