In this role you will lead the Production Control team within the A400M MRO and Retrofit Program, ensuring timely material availability and smooth assembly line flow. You will work with cross-site, cross-functional teams to optimize logistics and implement efficiency improvements. Your focus will be on reducing non-quality costs, consolidating service activities, and translating strategy into concrete operational actions. This is an opportunity to shape production control in a multinational, collaborative aerospace environment and drive measurable impact. You will be part of a broader mission to deliver aircraft programs on time, within cost, and to the highest quality standards.

• Ensure material availability for work orders, parts, and materials at the assembly line on schedule
• Monitor production progress and optimize component supply logistics




• Lead the Production Control Team and manage resources and staff motivation
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and cost of non-quality
• Oversee organization and integration of heterogeneous service activities within the plant
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Programs, Procurement, and Customer Services across Getafe, Sevilla, Manching, and Wunstorf
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Industrial, or related)
• Experience in an industrial environment xqbhyrx
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high flexibility, proactive mindset, strong multi-functional teamwork
• Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Production control management, supply chain/logistics flow optimization, and resource allocation strategies
