• Accurately capture data requirements supporting business objectives
• Translate requirements to Data Engineering and Data Science teams and be responsible for delivery
• Bring insights to business teams, focusing on revenue and growth opportunities
• Partner with business teams as a data subject-matter expert
• Develop data storytelling capabilities
• Develop and track KPIs and own business measurement
• Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities using numerical and statistical expertise
• Turn findings into clear recommendations for business teams and Senior Management
• Help shape data usage and promote a data-driven, data-democratic culture

Requirements

- At least 6 years of professional experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Product Owner or Data Scientist
- MS/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a science-related discipline
- High proficiency in Python and Dbt-SQLMesh
- Ability to create tables and develop schemas that function efficiently, are optimized and scalable




- Experience with statistical methodologies and A/B (hypothesis) testing is a huge plus
- Hands-on experience using BI data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Open Source
- Ability to present data in a compelling and intuitive way
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
