- CandidateAssessment: Conductrigorous,in-depthinterviewstocriticallyevaluateexecutive-levelskills,leadershipexperience,andculturalalignment.

- OfferNegotiation&Closing;: Managethecompleteofferlifecycle,fromcomplextermnegotiationstoensuringaseamless,high-touchonboardingexperience.

Requirements:

- Experience: 5+yearsofdedicatedexperienceinhigh-levelexecutiverecruitment(eitherAgencyorIn-house).

- TrackRecord: Provensuccessinsuccessfullyclosingseniorandexecutive-levelpositionsacrossmultiplebusinessfunctions.

- Resilience: Abilitytodeliverhigh-qualityresultsinafast-pacedenvironment,withademonstratedcapacitytomanage5+openC-levelrolessimultaneously.

- Tools: Expert-levelproficiencywithLinkedInRecruiterandmodernApplicantTrackingSystems(ATS).

- Languages: Native-levelEnglishfluency;professionalproficiencyinSpanishorFrenchisastrongplus.
