As Associate Privacy Counsel, you will help safeguard privacy while enabling growth across a global delivery platform. You’ll work within the Integral Data Protection Team to align business initiatives with regulatory requirements and drive privacy programs. You’ll advise on GDPR, data transfers, DPIAs, and third-party risk, partnering with cross-functional teams. This role offers the chance to shape privacy governance and AI governance frameworks at scale, contributing to a trusted, compliant product and service experience.

• Provide GDPR-based legal guidance to the business on new products and operational changes
• Draft and negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements; conduct privacy due diligence for third-party onboarding
• Support data mapping and documentation of processing activities; perform data protection impact assessments
• Develop and maintain global privacy policies and internal procedures
• Prepare and deliver communications to DH Group management, boards,



and leadership on privacy matters
• Conduct privacy maturity audits and coordinate remediation efforts
• Manage investigations or regulatory proceedings with data protection authorities and craft mitigation plans
• Monitor developments in AI governance and contribute to AI governance frameworks and regulatory compliance
Responsabilidades
• 2 to 3 years of experience in data protection/privacy or related areas
• Law degree (Bachelor or higher)
• EU privacy law certifications (IAPP xqbhyrx CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO) are a plus
• Excellent English; Polish, Spanish or German a plus
• Experience advising online technology companies and data-driven businesses across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; proactive and collaborative
