As a Business Consultant for ADP France, you align client needs with the France portfolio and support the sales process. You guide prospects through proofs of concept and transition to implementation, shaping sales strategy with cross-functional teams. You act as a trusted advisor, delivering HR and payroll expertise while leveraging product and market insights to differentiate ADP. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong impact on win rates and customer outcomes.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Understand and align customer needs with the ADP France portfolio
• Adapt content for diverse audiences (functional/technical)
• Assist HR transformation discussions and perform business case analysis
• Provide expertise on Payroll u0026 HR Services, governance, and architectural/ security aspects
• Deliver demos and participate in marketing events




• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and coordinate answers
• Prepare and deliver value-driven sales presentations
• Collaborate with Implementation, Product, and Customer Services teams
• Stay updated on product developments and contribute to the demo platform
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience in Business Consulting/HRIS/Payroll
• Strong understanding of HRIS architectures and HR/payroll activities xqbhyrx
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Native French; English fluency mandatory
• Ability to communicate complex information tactfully and adapt content for audiences
• Team player and client advisor with strong learning agility
• Ability to deliver critical information on time and prioritize work
• Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences
