In this role you own the CRM architecture and automation layer powering Amenitiz’s commercial engine. You will design the HubSpot data model, governance, and AI-enabled workflows to scale with multiple markets, ensuring accurate data and reliable processes. You’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Data to optimize the funnel end-to-end and drive cross-functional impact. This is a hands-on, pivotal role shaping GTM efficiency, data quality, and automation at scale.

• Own CRM architecture and governance in HubSpot (lifecycle stages, custom objects, permissions, validation rules, scalability)
• Manage API integrations connecting HubSpot to the GTM stack and ensure data quality
• Maintain data hygiene across four markets and enforce data standards and access controls
• Design and implement automation and AI-powered workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve funnel efficiency
• Build and maintain lead-scoring and routing logic for prioritization by SDRs and AEs
• Monitor, debug, and evolve automations to ensure revenue-critical processes remain reliable
• Evaluate and implement new automation tools and integrations as needs evolve




• Optimize end-to-end GTM workflows including onboarding and handoffs
• Partner with Sales, CS and Data to identify bottlenecks and design automated fixes
• Document CRM playbooks and drive adoption across teams
• Develop lightweight dashboards on CRM data quality and automation performance
• Refine segmentation and routing logic to reflect segment differences in automation
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in CRM Administration, RevOps/Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops in SaaS or revenue-driven environments
• Deep HubSpot expertise: workflows, custom objects, automations, API integrations
• API literacy and ability to read docs and design integration flows
• Experience xqbhyrx with automation platforms (HubSpot workflows, Zapier, Make, Workato) and scripting (Python)
• SQL proficiency for reporting and troubleshooting
• Understanding of subscription metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR) for metric-aware automation
• Experience across geographies or segments with varying maturity
• English plus one of French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese
