As a Strategy Analyst for the Italian Market, you will help scale Factorial’s Strategic Partnerships by shaping initiatives and building scalable processes. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions that grow the partner business and expand into new markets. You’ll translate insights into Go-To-Market actions and robust tracking systems. This role combines analytical rigor with collaboration to support growth in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

• Own management reporting to provide visibility and propose initiatives
• Design scalable processes and coordinate with other teams for implementation
• Set up and maintain tracking systems to monitor performance and inform decisions

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering
• 2-3 years experience in Strategy Consulting / Investment Banking / Startup / VC
• Strong interest in tech scale-ups and understanding of SaaS models
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyse and interpret data
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to meet deadlines under shifting priorities
• Excellent xqbhyrx communication skills (verbal and written) with stakeholders
• Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver
• High proficiency in MS Office suite; CRM experience is a plus
• Fluent in English and Italian; French/German/Spanish is a plus
