In this role you help grow Factorial’s Partner business by shaping strategic initiatives and scalable processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven decisions and AI-powered ideas that move the needle in our Strategic Partnerships function. You’ll own partner performance reporting and design tracking systems to monitor impact. This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity in a fast-growing, collaborative environment. Join us to help scale partnerships across Europe and shape the GTM for the German market.

Responsabilidades




• 2-3 years experience in Strategy Consulting / Investment Banking / Startup / VC
• Bachelor in Engineering or from a Tier-1 business school
• Strong interest in tech scale-ups and SaaS business models
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyse and interpret data
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to meet deadlines under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders
• Self-motivated xqbhyrx with proactive problem-solving
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience is a plus
• Fluent in English and German; French/Italian/Spanish a plus
